I have been lucky this month to be published in two photography magazines. The two magazines are “PhotoPlus ” and “Amateur Photographer”. The first was an article was after I was placed in a Canon photography competition the second was a Portfolio review showing many of my black and white images from around Cornwall. It’s a real privilege to be published and to see your images in print.
FELLOWSHIP OF THE RPS (FRPS)
It’s time to take the next leap and to start the process of trying to attain the “FELLOWSHIP OF THE RPS (FRPS)” After two years completing the Associate it’s time to start processing ideas and experimenting with different forms of photography. I already have multiple ideas (5) that I am testing.
This is the highest level of Distinction. It requires a body of work/project of 20/21 images of a distinguished photographic and creative standard accompanied by a Statement of Intent. Fellowship submissions are only open to Associates of the Society. I will be testing ideas through this blog so I will be asking for feedback. Watch this space.
Lucky enough to win another Photo Competition!
Today I won the Photocrowd competition called "Agonies of Life" which was a lovely street image of a busker and a business man silhouetted in the subway in Truro. If you get a chance to visit the site this is the link https://www.photocrowd.com/photo-competitions/agonies-of-city-life-general-photo-contest-1183/overview/
